The Rudey Room is operated by Charlotte Forde, trading as The Rudey Room (therudeyroom.com). By purchasing any product or service from The Rudey Room you agree to the following terms.

The Rudey Room provides emotional support, life coaching and sexual health doula services. Nothing provided by The Rudey Room — including support sessions, guides, audio products, or any other content — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always follow the guidance of your healthcare provider regarding your specific diagnosis and treatment plan.

3. Products and Services
Support packages (48 Hour, 72 Hour, 7 Day Reset, Waiting For Results, Conversation Support, Medical Visit Prep) — delivered via Voxer voice note and text messaging. Support begins once you have connected with Charlotte on Voxer using your order confirmation instructions. Support windows are measured from first contact.

Digital downloads (guide and audio companion) — delivered as instant downloads upon purchase. Available immediately via your order confirmation email.

4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and private support services, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once a digital download has been accessed or once a support session has commenced.

If you have not yet accessed your download or initiated contact on Voxer, please contact support@therudeyroom.com within 24 hours of purchase to discuss your situation.

5. Confidentiality
The Rudey Room treats all client communications with complete confidentiality. Your personal information and the content of your support sessions will never be shared with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property
All content produced by The Rudey Room — including but not limited to the guide, audio companion, website copy, and illustrations — is the intellectual property of The Rudey Room. It may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
The Rudey Room is not liable for any outcomes arising from the use of its products or services. The Rudey Room is a coaching and emotional support service and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or legal advice.
